My background includes a decade of weight training experience and I'm a former kickboxing instructor - fitness and health have always been close to my heart. I’m deeply committed to helping individuals reach their health and fitness goals through personalized coaching and sustainable lifestyle changes.

💪🏼 1-1 Personal Training Sessions from a private home gym for a unique focused training experience - Moms are welcome to bring their littles! You no longer have to choose between childcare and self-care. This space is made for moms, by a mom. Meet your Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor, Holly

At Reach Your Peak, I take a holistic and client-centered approach.I assess each client's unique needs, design customized training programs, and provide ongoing support through proper technique instruction, progress tracking, motivation, and daily check-ins when needed.
I also educate clients on making informed, healthy choices around movement and nutrition to support long-term success.
In addition to one-on-one coaching, I lead fun, high-energy group fitness classes at Genesis Fitness - including Boxercise and Bootcamps - designed to suit and challenge all fitness levels in a supportive and welcoming environment.
